You Want to Stay, But Not Like This. Something Has to Change.
For couples in Texas who want real change — not just talk.

This Isn’t Working Anymore. How Do We Move Forward?
I’m not just guessing what you’re going through — I’ve lived through it, too. I know what it’s like to feel deeply connected to someone and still wonder if that connection is enough. To ask the hard questions, sit in the uncertainty, and try to find your way through the tension — or the silence — without a clear answer.
You love each other, but you're stuck.
You keep having the same fight over and over.
You're not sure you’re being heard — and maybe you’re not really listening either.
You’re feeling disconnected, lonely, frustrated… and unsure what to do next.
Whether you're on the edge of leaving or holding onto hope, I help couples sort through the confusion, understand what's really going on, and figure out what comes next — together or apart.
Let’s Get Real About What’s Happening — and What’s Possible
- Drifting further apart, even while trying to hold things together
- Repeating the same patterns, without real resolution
- Wondering if they should stay or leave — or if there’s another way forward
- Ready to go deeper, not just patch things up temporarily

Hi, I'm Galit.
I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to be in the thick of it — to face hard questions in a relationship, to sit with fear and doubt, and still want to grow.
I’m a divorced parent, and someone who’s had to navigate grief, growth, and rebuilding. That lived experience shapes how I show up: with honesty, warmth, and respect for how much is at stake when people come to therapy.
I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods and asks, “How does that make you feel?” I’ll be in it with you. I’ll help you stay with the hard stuff long enough to actually shift it — and I’ll offer feedback that’s clear, grounded, and actionable.
This work isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level tools. We’ll figure out what’s really happening in your dynamic, and what needs to change — not just for things to look better, but to feel better.
You don’t have to have it all figured out when you walk in. You just have to be willing to start.
I also offer sessions in Hebrew.
